Both these large companies, social networking site Facebook and Microsoft have formed a partnership in efforts to deal with child exploitation toward pornography. In a statement, which was launched via page Physorg says Facebook will use some kind PhotoDNA software developed by Microsoft and Dartmouth College computer science professor, Hany Farid, to match the photographs on the database server’s Facebook with the database National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

PhotoDNA will scan hundreds of millions of photos uploaded every day to up, mainly known to be associated with child exploitation, PhotoDNA also will explore the related photo upload images of children reported missing, for the sake of his quest that can be used for purposes such as police authorities. “We are very excited to be part of this partnership,” said assistant general facebook Chris Sonderby in streaming broadcasts on social networks.
